By accessing and using VoltPeer, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Not be located in a restricted country
• Complete KYC verification

3. Account Registration

Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Not share credentials
• Notify us of unauthorized access

4. Trading Rules

4.1 General Conduct

• Trade in good faith
• Respond promptly to trade requests
• Follow payment instructions
• Release funds upon payment confirmation

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• ❌ Fraud or scams
• ❌ Money laundering
• ❌ Market manipulation
• ❌ Multiple accounts
• ❌ Chargebacks after release

5. Fees

VoltPeer charges:

• 1-1.5% platform fee per trade
• Network fees for withdrawals
• Fees are displayed before confirmation

6. Escrow System

All trades use smart contract escrow. Funds are locked until both parties confirm completion or a dispute is resolved.

7. Disputes

In case of disputes:

• Either party can open a dispute
• Provide evidence (screenshots, receipts)
• Neutral arbitrator reviews case
• Decision is final and binding

8. Liability

VoltPeer is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for:

• User-to-user disputes
• Payment reversals
• Market price fluctuations
• Network delays or failures

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Terms violations
• Fraudulent activity
• Repeated disputes
• Legal requirements

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
